When you apply for a role or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, location, the role you are interested in, your message, and any resume or portfolio links you share. We also record basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type to protect our forms from abuse.
How we use it

Sharing with our Australian sister company
MyWorkspace operates alongside our Australian sister company, which engages the businesses you may work with. Application details relevant to a role may be shared between the two companies to complete the matching and engagement process. Both apply the same standard of care to your information.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on secured systems with access limited to team members who need it to do their jobs. We keep application records only as long as needed for recruitment and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on our Contact page and our team will respond.
Cookies and analytics
